Mymobiverse General Policies

Product Returns and Replacements:

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail page, only in cases where:

    • The product received is damaged.
    • Parts or accessories are missing.
    • The product is defective or different from the description mentioned on the product detail page at www.mymobiverse.com.
  2. Customers may request a replacement unless specified otherwise on the product detail page.

  3. For cases involving damages or missing parts/accessories, the Mymobiverse team will contact the customer to verify the details before processing a replacement.

  4. For products that differ from the listed description, Mymobiverse will arrange pickup from the customer’s registered location and proceed with the requested replacement.

  5. In the case of defective products, the resolution will be provided as follows:

    • Mobiles, Tablets, Watches, Accessories, and Small Appliances: Resolution based on the brand technician’s report.
    • Desktops and Laptops: Mymobiverse will assist in connecting customers to the brand for troubleshooting. Resolution will follow the brand technician’s report.
    • Large Appliances and Home-Service Products: A technician’s visit to the customer’s location will be scheduled for evaluation and resolution.

Conditions for Replacement:

  1. The product must not be damaged while in the customer’s possession.

  2. The product must be the same as originally shipped.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

    • Manufacturer’s box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included at the time of purchase.
  4. If the return or refund window has expired, the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

Customer Responsibilities for Data Storage Products:

  • Customers must remove all personal information from devices before processing returns or replacements. Mymobiverse is not responsible for loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to such information.

Non-Eligible Return Conditions:

  1. Buyer’s Remorse: Includes changes in mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.
  2. Non-Returnable Products: Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Replaceable” on the product detail page.
  3. Installed or Used Products: Products already installed and functioning per brand specifications.
  4. Tampered Products: Items with missing serial numbers or IMEI numbers.
  5. Relocation of Products: Items moved from the primary delivery address registered during installation or demonstration.

Additional Non-Eligible Cases:

  1. Software or Performance Expectations: Issues such as heating or lagging do not qualify for returns. Customers may visit the nearest authorized service center for inspection.
  2. Opened Packaging: Large appliances must be unpacked by Mymobiverse personnel or authorized partners for returns to be eligible.
  3. Consumable and Software Items: Software, printer cartridges, video game CDs/DVDs, or similar consumable categories are non-returnable.
  4. Out of Refund Window: Products will be repaired as per brand warranty terms if outside the refund window.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within two working days after the product is received by Mymobiverse. Depending on the payment method, it may take 7-8 working days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

Important Notices:

  1. Free gifts are not eligible for returns and do not carry a warranty.
  2. Purchases made at Mymobiverse stores or www.mymobiverse.com are subject to these return/replacement policies.
  3. Damages reported after customer pickup from the store will not be eligible for returns or replacements.
  4. Personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
  5. Mymobiverse reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction:
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
